Thank you for the great turn out for our Class Party! It was a lot of fun!!!

The homework packet is a little different beginning this week.  The kids all have a Homework Journal for writing activities.  Also included in the yellow homework folder is your child's Username and Password for Pearson, which houses both the reading and math content.

Please let me know if you have any questions.  We went over the journal and have logged on together as a class numerous times over the past few weeks.

We will continue to go to recess before lunch, until further notice.

PYP Unit of Inquiry: Who We Are. Key concepts we are focusing on are Connection, Perspective and Responsibility. The related concepts are relationships, values, and citizenship.  We will be wrapping up over the next few days.

Please remember that homework goes home on Monday in the yellow folders; have your child turn in the folder on Friday.  Red Folders go home on Tuesday and should be returned on Wednesday, this is a key communication medium.

Two weeks!

Wow, it's hard to believe that it's been 2 weeks already!

This week we will continue with our 2-week rotation to LDC.  The kids are working on writing Peace poems.
